To create an account, click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address, create a strong password, and verify your email. You can then complete identity verification (KYC) to unlock full trading features including higher withdrawal limits.
Navigate to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. We support Google Authenticator, Authy, and hardware security keys (YubiKey). Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code to confirm, and save your backup codes in a secure location.
NovaTrace uses a maker-taker fee model. Standard fees start at 0.10% for makers and 0.10% for takers. Fees decrease based on your 30-day trading volume and CRX token holdings. VIP users can enjoy fees as low as 0.02% maker and 0.04% taker. View the full fee schedule on our Fees page.
Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations: Bitcoin (2 confirmations, ~20 min), Ethereum (12 confirmations, ~3 min), and most other tokens within minutes. Fiat deposits via bank transfer take 1-3 business days, while credit/debit card deposits are instant.
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by asset. For Bitcoin, the minimum is 0.0005 BTC. For Ethereum, it's 0.01 ETH. For USDT, the minimum is 10 USDT. You can view the complete list of minimum withdrawal amounts and associated network fees on the Withdrawal page for each asset.
Click "Log In" then "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send a password reset link. For security, password resets disable withdrawals for 24 hours. If you no longer have access to your email, contact our support team with your identity verification documents.
